At GATHR & CO., we want the journey of your new piece—from our studio to your doorstep—to be as considered and seamless as the designs themselves. This policy outlines how we handle the shipping and delivery of your order.
1. Processing Time
All GATHR & CO. pieces are prepared for you with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. During promotional periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently offer international shipping to a select list of countries from our hub in Hong Kong SAR.

We partner with trusted global carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery.

The available shipping options and precise carriers will be displayed and can be selected at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and selected service. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as transit can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather).

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your order’s destination, weight, and dimensions. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be automatically applied.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your GATHR & CO. account to view tracking details.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of Hong Kong SAR, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

GATHR & CO. does not collect or pre-pay these charges. You, as the recipient, are solely responsible for paying any such charges that may apply upon arrival of your package.

Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current information specific to your region. Delays in customs clearance are not included in our estimated delivery times.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Please double-check this information. GATHR & CO. is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refused delivery, or failed pickup, we will contact you. Reshipping fees will apply to send the order back out.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Please contact us immediately at support@gathrandco.com with your order number. We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once the order is in fulfillment, we are unable to make changes.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (typically beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue for you.

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery (if possible) and contact us at support@gathrandco.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and contents. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement or refund.

Stolen Package: GATHR & CO. is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. For your security, we recommend shipping to a secure location where you can receive packages directly.
